Brandi Passante and Jarrod Schulz in “Married to the Job”

BRANDI AND JARROD: MARRIED TO THE JOB tackles two very thorny issues on tonight’s new episode, “Privacy Corn”. Don’t let the title fool you, because at the heart of the matter is a husband’s accusations that his wife is “going through the change”.

Yeah, Jarrod went there, despite Brandi being nowhere near the age of menopause, and someone who will take him out if necessary.

What about the corn? Some father-daughter bonding between Jarrod and Payton occurs as they take to gardening as an activity. As Mr. Schulz says,”I’m a grown man. Payton is a nine year-old girl. We have nothing in common, except we both love gardening.” He’s got such a way about him, doesn’t he?

Growing corn at the property line could provide some privacy, at least that is what Jarrod and Payton think. Meanwhile there’s serious health and diet issues being addressed between Brandi and Jarrod.

Eating healthier, cleansing the body and taking off a bit of weight can be a good idea, but in the Passante-Schulz household, it gets taken to extremes which are great for fans of the couple. It produces some of the most classic dialogue between them, including their days on STORAGE WARS.

You can’t feed a man like Jarrod celery and expect him to like it. In sympathy, Brandi goes on a three-day cleanse, drinking some nasty looking green stuff. When they get into a tiff in the car, which of course is nothing new, Jarrod claims Brandi’s attitude is from a “cleanse rage”.

But, it’s when he sees her covered in sweat and suggests “the change” is at its root that we’re off to the races.

Meanwhile, not much wedding planning has gotten into the final cuts of BRANDI and JARROD: MARRIED TO THE JOB, and let’s face it, that is what we’re waiting for.
