MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER rings in 2015 with an all new show tonight on Bravo. Patti Stanger welcomes two clients including Ally Shapiro, daughter of Jill Zarin of RHONY.
Jill has a difficult time letting go to allow Patti to work with Ally, and aren’t you surprised? Individual counseling is provided by none other than Kristin Cavallari who works on Ally’s insecurity.
The second client is a bit out of the ordinary even for THE MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER. Prince Ferdinand Von Anhalt of Germany is on board, along with his royal medals.
Turns out he is the stepson of Zsa Zsa Gabor as a result of his father’s marriage to the now deceased Hollywood icon. Patti wonders if he is interested in an older woman with money, maybe like his father was?
Her aim is to be certain that the ladies she chooses for him understand that “He looks gay, but he’s European.” Classic Patti, who tells him to ditch any evidence of his royal blood line and the pink pants.
When Ferdinand defends them by saying that Patti’s assistant David Cruz likes them, Patti points out the obvious. Oh yes, she’s in rare form tonight.
It’s a new season and revamped look for Patti and the show. In its premiere MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER unveiled a format that focuses less on the mistakes of Stanger’s assistants and dumps the dreaded mixers if it seems appropriate.
Tune in tonight at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo TV for a new episode of THE MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER. Photo credit: Bravo, used with permission.
