Tonight on the season finale of TAMAR & VINCE the family is back at the hospital and it’s yet another emergency trip.
In “If I Don’t Have You”, we pick up the action after Tamar and Vince spent time with Evelyn at her home in Atlanta. Momma Braxton had left Los Angeles to reacquaint herself with her own home, after getting Tamar back up on her feet after her hospitalization.
What the couple didn’t know, but found out when they arrived, was that Evelyn had just returned from her own emergency hospital visit.
She informed her daughter that she experienced a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), more commonly referred to as a mini-stroke.
You know that old saying, “You could have knocked me over with a feather”? Both Tamar and Vince were in that state. Evelyn told no one and fought the couple’s plea to return to LA and let them take care of her. She wanted her own doctors and some privacy in her own home.
This entire season of TAMAR & VINCE has been about the family’s hard times of the physical kind, with Tamar coming close to death with blood clots in her lungs.
Evelyn eventually agrees to fly out to California again. The family has fun with a baking contest and presenting Logan with a pet pig, which Tamar didn’t want in the first place, then lightning strikes again.
It’s Vince’s turn now to get into an ambulance, and after what the couple went through the last time he was hospitalized, you have to hope it’s not a reoccurrence.
He tries to tell Tamar to take it easy, but doesn’t take his own advice. Then there’s his size. He’s still a relatively young man, but carrying around that kind of weight on top of the stress can’t be a good thing.
Not throwing shade on Vince Herbert, just wondering if he might take some time to get himself into better shape.
